Arup was appointed by Bord Gáis to provide them with a business strategy which would assist them in the streamlining of the Facilities Management within the Bord Gáis organisation.
This wide variety of Facilities Management services included total cost of ownership evaluations, security gap analysis, facilities status assessments, asset registers, DEC's energy surveys, accessibility audits, small capital works project management and procurement of various hard and soft contracts.
Arup continue to partner Bord Gáis in developing their maintenance strategies and achieving FM objectives, to provide a safe, comfortable and efficient working environment in which occupants can operate.
