Arup provided engineering services up to and including the Planning Submission Stage for the proposed development on the Jury’s/Berkley Court site in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
Arup supported at stage 1 of the Architectural Competition involving nine Architects and Stage 2 Architectural Competition involving a shortlist of 3 Architects On completion of the Architectural Competition, the project immediately proceeded to Planning Submission Preparation.
Civil & Structural work included:
- Structural Scheme Design Report
- Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA)
- EIS (Traffic & Transportation; Soils & Geology; Water & Drainage; Flooding; Waste Management).
M&E included a detailed wind, shadow & energy consumption analysis, and overall building energy performance in conjunction with Arup facade.
