The development comprises 7 stories over a mechanically ventilated basement car park, with an associated gross floor area of 11,886m². The holistic design of architecture and engineering provides a mixed mode ventilation system. Mechanical and natural ventilation working in harmony provides comfortable, consistent thermal environment.
A large central atrium with a northwest facing roof along with a double skin façade maximises natural light penetration while minimising solar gain and glare. Mixed mode ventilation provides occupants with an increased sense of control of their indoor environment, while the sustainable design reduces energy consumption and carbon emissions.
