Arup provided a full range of engineering services for the design and development of a second and third building phase on the AIB Bank centre in Ballsbridge.
The expansion included the construction of approximately 37,000 m² of new office space to the rear of the original development. The new building, 6 storeys in height comprises additional offices, new car parking retail and restaurant facilities.
The main feature of the development is the full height glazed atrium which forms the heart of the new bank centre.
This project was Highly Commended in the 2010 ACEI awards.
