Arup has been providing multi-disciplinary consultancy services to the energy industry for over 25 years and has developed extensive capability in delivering a wide range of services to clients from feasibility stage, through to overall completion of the project.
Arup has an inhouse core group of energy staff, which is supplemented by personnel from other disciplines within the firm as required to provide project-specific requirements. We also draw on the resources of the worldwide Arup Group for additional design and strategic expertise as necessary.
Arup has particular experience in navigating clients through the Planning and Permitting Process of energy projects and is able to provide full support for planning applications, EIA, IPPC and waste licence applications.
