Education
Arup brings extensive knowledge and understanding of the requirements for learning environments from Primary Schools to Third Level Institutions. Arup are involved in school, university and college projects ranging from small-scale urban refurbishments to large green field campus developments, with new buildings and their associated infrastructure.
We have been an important contributor to the development and design of most major third level institutions in Ireland. Since the 1960's, Arup has undertaken major projects for the construction of new developments for universities and schools, and the on-going development and refurbishment of campuses.
In fact we have worked on many of the buildings for Ireland's best known university, Trinity College Dublin -including the Arts Block, Dining Hall, CRANN Building, Pearse Street Student Residences and currently the BioSciences building. Understanding the sensitivity and complex needs of higher education and research facilities, we provide many specialist skills in prime areas of research.
