Arup has provided multidisciplinary engineering services for a vast amount of landmark corporate office developments establishing itself as a clear leader in this important sector. We have also been involved in many of Ireland's 5th generation office buildings.
In 1963 Arup entered the commercial sector with the development of Ireland's first major shopping centre - Stillorgan Shopping Centre. Since then Arup's retail experience has developed significantly, providing engineering services to many of the largest and best known names in retailing nationwide.
We have also worked on a wide range of residential projects with property developers, county councils, local authorities, hospital authorities, universities and private clients. This combination of wide ranging clients with varying needs, has allowed us to develop a flexible approach to our work as a result.
The range of specialist engineering services we provide, such as façade, lighting design, and acoustics combined with our extensive experience in the hotel & leisure sector, allows for a total engineering approach incorporating structural, fabric and building services design.
