For more than 35 years Arup has designed and managed construction projects throughout the world. Throughout this work we have developed the experienced project leaders, skilled support staff and proven control systems that are essential for effective project management.
The principal application of Arup's Project Management services is in 'prime agency' commissions where we act directly for the client in planning, designing and executing the project. By integrating skilled design and effective management, we give the client total control over the direction of the project and ensure full client involvement in all key project decisions. Where appropriate, our services include the management of construction under parallel prime contracts, commonly known as ‘fast-tracking'.
